The Bridgetown Development Centre is located at 26 Bay Road in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia, in the central Annapolis Valley. The building was constructed in 1968 to serve as an office/manufacturing facility. In 1996 the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation & Public Works assumed ownership of the building and retrofitted it to serve as a business/light manufacturing incubator facility. The building is currently owned by Nova Scotia Business Incorporated and managed by the Town of Bridgetown. In part, the Bridgetown Development Centre is used as a business incubator facility. As such, each prospective tenant negotiates their leasing agreement with the province, including rent and Common Area Management fees.
