PSA: PLANNED CLOSURE SMH ER Saturday September 4th The Emergency Room at Soldiers Memorial Hospital (SMH), Middleton will be closed due to Physician shortage on the following date: Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 6 am to Sunday, September 5 at 8 am  

If you have an emergency, please call 911. The Emergency Room at Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville is available for emergency care. Alternatively, the Emergency Room at Annapolis Community Health Centre in Annapolis Royal is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Weekends and Holidays. The Out-Patient Clinic at Western Kings Memorial Health Centre, Berwick is also open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Fridays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends/holidays from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm for non-emergency care.
