Annapolis County Transition Forum PDF Print
On June 2, 2011, the Bridgetown Regional High School Climate Change Committee will host their fourth local environmental forum, and final event of the year. NSCC faculty member Ed Symons will lead the discussion at the Annapolis County Transition Forum, which will centre on the Transition Towns movement and the logical implementation of such an initiative in Annapolis County. It is believed that an effective Transition Towns movement could only be achieved with the support and cooperation of the three towns and the county, and we encourage individuals from all walks of life – elected officials, environmentalists, students, sceptics and citizens in general – to take part in this discussion and lead our region into the future. It will be held from 7-9 PM at BRHS. For more information, contact Carsten MacLean at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
