NOTICE OF ADOPTION - TOWN OF BRIDGETOWN

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Bridgetown, at a meeting held on October 26, 2011 approved amendments to the Bridgetown Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law which would:

1.      Change the Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map to accommodate the revised change to the northern boundary.

2. Allow operation of a Public Alternative Transit System and legalize the current industrial use.

The effective date of these amendments is the date of the publication of this advertisement (January 19, 2012). The amendments may be inspected at the office of the CAO at the Town Hall, Bridgetown, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.., weekdays, except public holidays.
